ABOUT US

Bill Fairchild moved to Northwest Arkansas in 1964 and began designing and building homes across the area.  When he died in 1999, he left a legacy of quality, reliability, and integrity for us to continue.

Fairchild Construction was launched under the experience and expertise of Reid and Nathan Fairchild in May of 1995.  Since then we have constructed more than 150 buildings in Northwest Arkansas - buildings you likely drive by everyday such as Kent Dobbs Hyundai in Springdale and Bentonville, Castle Rental in Springdale, Kingston Centre II in Rogers, Bob Maloney Ford in Rogers, Bell International in Lowell and the Indoor Practice Facility for the University of Arkansas located in Fayetteville.  Fairchild Construction is the the authorized builder for Rigid Building Systems.  And since 1995, we have specialized in pre-engineered building systems, including commercial, warehouse and mini-storage facilities.  We also have experience in the design and construction of horse barns and riding arenas.
